Shipping & Returns
Dog bed orders are shipped with the insert in a vacuum bag. Upon receipt, simply remove the insert from the vacuum bag and place it inside your dog bed cover. Please consider the environment and reuse your vacuum bag to store off season clothing and bedding to reduce waste.
Hound & Home accepts returns on full priced domestic orders within 7 days of delivery date. Full priced merchandise in good condition is applicable for a refund (to the original form of payment) or a store credit.
Unfortunately we do not accept returns or exchanges for sale items. All sale items are FINAL SALE.
Returned merchandise must be unused in original condition, with all tags attached. Upon receipt of returned goods, Hound & Home reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet policy requirements.
As your pillow is made with one-of-a-kind textiles, any imperfections on the fabric, color, stitching, etc. are considered normal and unique, and are not grounds for return.
To return an item, please email us at with your order #, item(s) for return, and reason for the return.
Please note that we do not issue prepaid return shipping labels, and you will be responsible for all return shipping fees.
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date, and return shipments must arrive within 7 days of return authorization for the package to be accepted. We are not liable for damage caused by inadequate packaging by you or if the item is damaged or lost while being returned to us.
